Refund Policy
All goods delivered are shipped in good condition.
Each product is manufactured specifically based on the measurements and profile that you order.
We do not offer refunds if you order incorrect goods, or choose the wrong colour whilst ordering.
We will give a refund or exchange only if the goods are faulty due to a manufacturing fault of our own.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@doorseal.com.au within 7 working days of receiving notice that your goods have been despatched.
