To the Manager I would like to thank you very much for your recent service. I am a reluctant on-line shopper, especially from overseas, however non-existent local options gave me little choice, but I can say that I was very impressed. I placed the order late on a Friday evening, it was despatched on the Monday and I received it early the following Friday morning.

The whole experience was good despite my cowardice in the area of on line buying for particularly specified stuff which needs to fit and work.  I was so impressed when I found the precise seal identified in your catalogue for our near 20 year old fridge!   Well done!

The diy instructions covered it all carefully. It all happened in good time.  I found the seal needed several days lying flat before packing distortions disappeared entirely but were not a worry.  The  $88 odd total cost much better than a replacement fridge!
