Delivery Policy
We Endeavor to manufacture all door seals within 2-5 working days after payment has cleared. Payment usually clears by the end of the next business day.
Due to high demand during busy holiday periods, you may experience a slight delay. Please keep in mind Australia post will not be collecting or delivering packages on the public holidays
Australia Post
In Australia we use Australia Post Standard or Registered post services. We recommend using registered post, this provides an ability to track your order through the Australia Post website, offering added security & insurance for your purchase.
Once your parcel has been dispatched from the doorseal.com.au warehouse a unique tracking code will be sent to your nominated email address.
Please note, the tracking number can take up to 24 hours to be registered within Australia Post's system.
If you have queries about your delivery, please call Australia Post on 13 POST (13 7678).
For Standard post you will receive an email advising despatch date.
Deliveries
Australia post aim to deliver within 5 working days depending on your location. All deliveries are between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
If there is no one available to accept the delivery at your nominate address, Australia Post will leave a note and you will need to collect your parcel from the nominated outlet in your state.
Doorseal.com.au ships goods Australia wide and Internationally. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of your product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@doorseal.com.au within 7 working days of receiving notice that your goods have been despatched.
