Refund Policy

All goods delivered are shipped in good condition.

We do not offer refunds if you order incorrect goods, or choose the wrong colour whilst ordering. You must check the profile and measurements, colour and quantities prior to ordering. 

Important information regarding fridge/freezer seals:

All fridge & freezer seals are custom made to order. For best results, doorseal.com.au suggest that you double check the measurments and profile against your own fridge/freezer to ensure a perfect fit. Should you find any discrepancies please contact doorseal.com.au before ordering.

We will offer an exchange only if the goods are faulty due to a manufacturing fault of our own.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@doorseal.com.au within 7 working days of receiving notice that your goods have been despatched.

Claims
On receipt of your goods please contact us at sales@doorseal.com.au immediately of any order discrepancies. Claims after 14 days will not be accepted.
