RP14 Installation Instructions

An open cell, polyester foam, self adhesive weather seal for Doors & Windows. Quick and easy to install, the RP14 is a DIY product that works well in eliminating draughts, rattles and cushioning applications.

The RP14 seal is suitable for all types of doors and windows.

Installing the RP14 perimeter seal

  1. All surfaces must be clean, smooth and if painted, well cured.

  2. Progressively remove backing paper and apply foam seal as illustrated.

NOTE: Placement on hinge side is different to latch side.

Installing the RP14 Perimeter Seal UPDATE

All surfaces must be clean, smooth and if painted well cured. 
Note: Self-adhesive seals will not stick to oil-rub finishes.

  1. Use a pin to carefully separate backing from adhesive.
  2. Apply foam as illustrated.
